This incredible program is available to people from all support levels who: 


  • Are navigating the justice system, whether as youth or adults.
  • Are transitioning back to community life after exiting detention or custody.
  • Are identified as being at risk of entering or returning to the justice system.
  • Require specialist care for complex trauma, disability, or mental health needs.

How we support. 


Plan and Grow provides NDIS support services for individuals involved in the justice system, working collaboratively with various agencies to promote positive outcomes in the community.


Our program delivers comprehensive support services before and after release, developed using evidence-based practices with key features to provide the best outcomes for children with neurodevelopmental impairment, including:

A Plan and Grow Justice Coordinator will work collaboratively towards developing a well-planned individualised program, aiming to support the person to leave the Justice System with a new direction for living a meaningful and purposeful life.
