All referrals are treated as strictly confidential. Referral information is received directly by the Justice Leader responsible for assessing suitability for the Safe Community Living Program. Information provided will be used solely for the purpose of assessment and service planning and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.
