395 Screening CheckList Item 1
You will receive an email from the Department of Communties to complete the check. Please check your emails, dont forget to check your spam folder, just incase!

Working with Children CheckList Item 2
Working with Children Check is required to keep our children safe.

NDIS Worker Screening CheckList Item 3
You can apply for this check on the Department of Transport (DOT) website and then complet the form at the DOT centre.

Care registration and Drivers License ProofList Item 4
You must send a copy of your Drivers license and a screenshot of your care registration to our Recruitment Officer
